PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY
To qualify for the Early Bird discount, a $100 deposit is required for each 100 sq. ft. of space requested. The deposit must accompany your application and be received before
November 10, 2008.
• 50% due and payable with application after November 10, 2008 and before January 5, 2009.
• 100% due and payable with application if submitted on or after January 5, 2009

ELIGIBILITY
• To qualify for the member rate, your company must be a member in good standing of the American Amusement Machine Association (AAMA) or the International Association for the Leisure & Entertainment Industry (IALEI) and have all dues paid as specified by the association.
• To qualify for the member rate, you must apply for membership and include dues for the first year at the time of application. Contact the associations for membership applications and deadlines to qualify or visit their Websites at www.coin-op.org for AAMA and www.ialei.com for IALEI.
• Non-members applying for membership must submit their booth deposit based on the on-member rate. You will be credited the square foot difference once your membership application is approved.
• Show management cannot authorize the member rate until notification is received from AAMA or IALEI that your membership application has been processed.
• Take advantage of your seniority points! To be eligible for exhibit space assignment on a priority basis, your application must be received by Monday, November 10, 2008.
• No application will be processed, or space assigned without a deposit.
• Applications received after Monday, January 5, 2009 must be accompanied by a check for the total cost of the booth.
